Latest Updates from Our Project:

EProofing Happening now!
about 3 years ago – Tue, Mar 16, 2021 at 06:41:43 PM

Moving forward

Hey everyone! We've been spending the last few weeks going back ad forth with our factory and making slight adjustments to the physical component assets. We got work that we should have the eProofs today or tomorrow, and we're REALLY excited. We're obviously going to want to share some of that process with you in a more in depth update, but we also know that we're going to be even more excited when physical proofing starts.

We've talked with the factory and we'll be getting some pictures of the process that we can share with you all as they're coming off the factory line. Things are really getting exciting now.

Designer Games

For those of you who pledged at the $300 tier where you get to play in a game run by the designers of Jiangshi, you should check your email for a special communication as we try to set that session up.

Thanks everyone. We'll be in touch with more exciting news soon,.

All Print Materials COMPLETED!
about 3 years ago – Sat, Feb 06, 2021 at 10:35:57 PM

We just wanted to drop you a quick line to share the excitement we're feeling over here. ALL MATERIALS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE FACTORY ARE COMPLETE!!!

This is great news since it means we can start the physical proofing of the game components and move to full scale printing.

What should you expect next?

  • We'll be setting up a survey this week so YOU can vote for which Steven Wu art prints you want included in the print set for Deluxe Tier backers.
  • We'll have a cut off date for BackerKit in that same update. Please be on the look out, and if you haven't completed your BackerKit yet, PLEASE do so and or reach out to us so we can assist. Failure to do so will result in higher shipping costs, and that's something that nobody ever wants. (Shipping costs suck, am I right?)

The last surprise of 2020 (Hopefully)
over 3 years ago – Thu, Dec 31, 2020 at 10:57:11 PM

Hey everyone! We wanted to just take a moment to let you all know that the the scenario book has been added to DriveThruRPG and added to the Jiangshi Bundle. You all should have already received your download links for the original material, and also should have received a notification about a couple of updates to the core book. We added some content, but we're done tweaking it. HERE is the link to the scenario book! Our next steps will be to get all the material to the printer. In the meantime please have a safe and fun New Year celebration.

Online Play Resources
over 3 years ago – Mon, Dec 14, 2020 at 09:13:01 AM

Because of one of the questions since the release of the PNP files, Banana Chan decided to put this resource together for those of you who would like to get online games of Jianghsi: Blood in the Banquet Hall going. She put this together in a couple of hours simply because she wants you all to be able to dive in and experience this game as easily as possible. I don't know if you're aware, but she's awesome.

Just remember, you will still need to provide your own dice, or at least have access to a dice rolling program.

HERE IS THE GOOGLE SLIDES RESOURCE!!!

Have fun!!!

Print and Play files SENT!!!
over 3 years ago – Wed, Dec 09, 2020 at 12:58:35 AM

Thank you all so much for your support and patience through all this! We wanted to send you all a quick note to let you know the Print and Play files have all been sent out! We're really excited to see you all playing this out in the wild and hearing your feedback! Please don't hesitate to leave reviews on the DriveThruRPG listing too!

PLEASE NOTE the scenario book is in layout, and will be sent out separately to all of you backers within the next few weeks.

We're waiting on the layout of that one component and then we'll be ready to send the physical products to print. Don't worry. We'll keep you all updated every step of the way.
